SubZero is run by Ascendant Finance LLC. This page explains what we record when you visit sub-zero.dev or use the SubZero dashboard, and the choices you have.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, this site and the dashboard:

• use two first-party cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to follow up with people who sign up: koryo_aid, an anonymous visitor ID kept for 13 months, and koryo_sid, a session that ends after 30 minutes of inactivity;
• record the pages you view, how far you scroll, time on page, and clicks on key buttons;
• do not store your IP address;
• honour Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends it, nothing is recorded;
• set nothing until you agree. Your answer is kept in a cookie called sz_consent so we don't ask again.

This data is processed by Ascendant Finance in its CRM. If you sign up, what you did on the site before signing up is linked to your account so we can follow up with you.

Change cookie settings Declining after you have accepted deletes the analytics cookies.

Your account

When you start a trial we store your name, work email, company name and a hash of your password, plus what you and your team put into SubZero. Payments are handled by Stripe: your card details go directly to Stripe and we never see the full card number.
