Incident management that goes live this afternoon.

SubZero is the service desk we wished we had after years of running ServiceNow. Tickets, your team, connected AI agents, customer email, root-cause codes and a real dashboard in one workspace, with zero implementation partners.

14 days free; your card is charged only if you keep going. Import from .csv or the ServiceNow export. Cancel from the billing page, no call.

Built by someone who had to make ServiceNow work for a living.

Most ITSM tools are sold to procurement. SubZero was built for the agent who has 36 open tickets and a customer waiting on a reply.

"I spent years inside SNOW. Every module was a separate line item, every change needed a partner, and the people actually working tickets got the slowest UI in the building. SubZero is the version I would have bought."
Kevan Williams, founder. Attorney, engineer, former ServiceNow administrator.

Everything a service desk needs. Nothing it has to be talked into.

Each piece below is on in every workspace from day one.

Incidents

Prioritize in one glance

Four priority levels, three statuses, full-text search across code, subject and body. Filter by any combination and the list updates instantly.

Customer email

Reply from the ticket, threaded back in

Public notes go out as email from your domain. Customer replies land on the same ticket. Internal notes stay internal, marked so no one slips.

Public form

A ticket form you can hand to anyone

Share one link. Requesters pick from your common issues, describe the problem, drag in files and never create an account.

Resolution

Close with a root cause, every time

Resolving requires a problem code and a resolution note. The customer gets the note by email and your dashboard learns what actually breaks.

CONNECTED AGENTS

Put your AI agents on the support team.

Connect Hermes, OpenClaw, or your own agent to read tickets, investigate issues, and reply to customers through SubZero. Give each agent access to the projects it needs, with you in control of what happens next.

  • Start with a second pair of eyes. Let an agent investigate and draft replies for your approval.
  • Hand off the routine work. Enable autonomous replies and resolution on assigned tickets.
  • Stay in the loop. Follow every action, take over a ticket, or pause access from the Agents tab.

Your runtime runs the agent. SubZero handles access, approvals, and customer email.

MEET COCOA

A friendly face for your customers. A helping hand for your team.

Give customers a place to ask questions right inside your app. Cocoa answers from your approved product knowledge and helps them reach your team when they need more.

  • Answers with your context. Keep setup guides, troubleshooting steps, and known issues in your project's private RDK knowledge collection.
  • A conversation that carries forward. Visitors can submit an incident with their email and visible chat history. Your team gets the context, not just another “help” message.
  • Your team stays in control. Review drafts, watch conversations, or step in and answer through SubZero.
$20/monthHosted Cocoa add-on

We host Cocoa. You bring your supported AI provider key. Provider usage and optional RDK pinning are billed separately.

One widget for React, Next.js, Vue, Angular, or plain JavaScript. Prefer your own agent? Connect the runtime you host to the same chat experience.

Questions we get on the first call

Can we migrate out of ServiceNow?

Yes. Export incidents, users and problem records to CSV from SNOW, upload them in settings, and map the columns. Ticket history and notes come across. Most teams finish before lunch.

Who counts as an agent?

Anyone who can be assigned a ticket or write a note. People who only submit tickets through the form or read status by email are never charged.

Can Hermes or OpenClaw work my tickets?

Yes. Connect your runtime through the SubZero MCP adapter, select project access, and assign tickets from the Agents tab. Choose observer, assisted, or autonomous support. Assisted mode asks you to approve customer replies and resolutions. Read the setup guide.

Is there an API?

The REST API supports ticket creation, assignment, notes, and resolution. Human accounts, project ingestion, and connected agents use separate credentials. See authentication and setup.

Can we self-host?

Contact us. Self-hosted licenses are sold on the yearly plan and include the same seat pricing.

What happens at the end of the trial?

The card you added at signup is charged for the plan you picked, and everything carries on. Cancel from the billing page before day 15 and you pay nothing: the workspace pauses, nothing is deleted for 30 days, and you can export and walk away with everything.

Does SubZero send email from our domain?

Yes. Add two DNS records and outbound replies come from support@yourdomain. Inbound replies thread onto the original ticket.

Your first ticket is ten minutes away.

Create a workspace, share the form link, and watch the dashboard fill in. If it takes longer than an afternoon, tell us and we will fix it.
